LEAD TIMES

Each item at Anthology On Main is made specifically to each customer's requests, and handcrafted after your order has been placed. Lead time varies by item and is specified in each product's listing. If ordering multiple items with different lead times, your order will ship according to the longest of those times.

 

SHIPPING

All US orders over $49 ship for free!

 

Most orders will ship via USPS. Bridal bouquets, as well as custom wedding orders, will be shipped via UPS. Tracking will be provided once an order has shipped.

 

Please ensure the shipping address is correct and notify me if any changes need to be made prior to your item shipping. Once an item has shipped, I'm unable to alter the address.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS

All custom-made items at Anthology On Main are handcrafted specifically to each customer's requests. As such, orders may not be returned as the item has been customized to your unique specifications. Any attempts to return a custom order will be treated as a forfeiture of the order and will not be refunded.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Although rare, sometimes a package has been through a lot before it is delivered and arrives with damage. Because of this, all orders are shipped with insurance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your order to discuss options of replacement or refund. It is also important that you keep and photograph all damage to the item(s) and packaging, as this information will be necessary for filing a claim with the delivery carrier.

SMALL & GIFT ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for small or gift items may be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee. After the 24-hour window, these orders cannot be canceled, as each item is handmade and created to order.

WEDDING CANCELLATION POLICY

Because each wedding order with Anthology on Main is fully custom and handcrafted from carefully sourced books and specialty materials, all wedding bookings follow the cancellation terms below.

 

1. Non-Refundable Retainer/Deposit 

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date and begin design and materials preparation.

  • For orders with a $500 deposit listing, the deposit counts as the non-refundable retainer.

  • For orders where 30% of the total invoice exceeds $500, the retainer is adjusted to 30% of the total invoice.

  • This retainer is always non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, and applies toward your total order balance.

 

The retainer covers:

  • reserving your event date

  • design planning and consultation

  • sourcing specific book titles and materials

  • administrative and prep time

Example:

  • Small order: $1,000 → 30% = $300 → retainer = $500 (deposit already collected)

  • Large order: $2,500 → 30% = $750 → client pays $750 as retainer (or $250 additional if $500 deposit already collected)

 

This retainer is always non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

2. Cancellations Before the Final Payment Date

If you cancel before the final payment date listed in your proposal:

  • The non-refundable retainer (30% or $500, whichever is greater) is forfeited

  • Any additional payment beyond the retainer will be refunded

  • A 3% processing fee is withheld from refunded amounts to cover non-refundable credit card payment fees.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. (email is acceptable)

​

3. Cancellations After the Final Payment Date

After the final payment due date, all payments become 100% non-refundable.

By this point:

  • materials and book titles have been purchased

  • design work is complete

  • production time has been dedicated to your order

  • items cannot be resold or repurposed

​

4. Non-Communication

If required details (colors, book selections, approvals, etc.) are not provided by the deadlines listed in your proposal, and the order cannot move forward due to lack of client response, the order will be considered canceled by the client.

In this case, the cancellation will follow the “after final payment” terms and no refunds will be issued.

5. Processing Fees

All refunds, at any stage, incur a 3% processing fee, as payment processors do not return transaction fees.

PRIVACY POLICY

Anthology On Main will never share your information.

 

You will only be contacted for purposes related to inquiries and orders.
