LEAD TIMES

Each item at Anthology On Main is made specifically to each customer's requests, and handcrafted after your order has been placed. Lead time varies by item and is specified in each product's listing. If ordering multiple items with different lead times, those timelines will be added together to determine your final completion date.

 

SHIPPING

All US orders ship for free!

 

Most orders will ship via USPS. Bridal bouquets, as well as custom wedding orders, will be shipped via UPS. Tracking will be provided once an order has shipped.

 

Please ensure the shipping address is correct and notify me if any changes need to be made prior to your item shipping. Once an item has shipped, I'm unable to alter the address.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS

All custom-made items at Anthology On Main are handcrafted specifically to each customer's requests. As such, orders may not be returned as the item has been customized to your unique specifications. Any attempts to return a custom order will be treated as a forfeiture of the order and will not be refunded.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Although rare, sometimes a package has been through a lot before it is delivered and arrives with damage. Because of this, all orders are shipped with insurance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your order to discuss options of replacement or refund. It is also important that you keep and photograph all damage to the item(s) and packaging, as this information will be necessary for filing a claim with the delivery carrier.

SMALL & GIFT ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for small or gift items may be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee. After the 24-hour window, these orders cannot be canceled, as each item is handmade and created to order.

Once an order has been shipped, it may not be canceled.

WEDDING CANCELLATION POLICY

Because each wedding order with Anthology on Main is fully customized and handcrafted to the client's specifications, all wedding bookings follow the cancellation terms below.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit 

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date on my production calendar. This deposit is always non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

2. Cancellations Within One Week of Purchase

If you cancel within one week of your first payment, a $500 or 30% cancellation fee, whichever is greater, plus a 3% credit card processing fee will be withheld from any refunded amounts to cover non-refundable processing costs. The $500 deposit will be applied toward the 30% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Examples

  • Small Order: For a $1,000 order, the minimum cancellation fee of $500 applies, and the client forfeits the entire $500 deposit. In addition, a 3% credit card processing fee ($15 on the refunded $500) will be applied. This fee is deducted from the refundable amount, resulting in a final refund of $485.
     

  • Large Order: For a $5,000 order, the 30% cancellation fee is $1,500. The $500 deposit is applied toward this fee, leaving a fee of $1,000 remaining. The remaining amount which is eligible for refund, after the cancellation fee, totals $3,500. On this refundable amount, a 3% credit card processing fee ($105) is withheld, resulting in a final refund of $3,395.

3. Cancellations After One Week of Purchase

Cancellations made after one week from the first payment are not accepted and will be considered a forfeiture of all payments. This policy ensures protection for the time, materials, and resources dedicated to your handmade order, as well as the reserved date.

By this point:

  • materials and book titles have been purchased

  • design work is complete

  • production time has been dedicated to your order

  • creation of your flowers may have begun

  • other potential clients may have been turned away

  • items cannot be resold

4. Non-Communication by Client

If required details such as colors, book selections, approvals, etc. are not provided by the deadlines listed in your proposal, and the order cannot move forward due to lack of client response, the order will be considered canceled by the client.

​

In this case, the cancellation will follow the “After One Week of Purchase” terms and no refunds will be issued.​
