This is a custom-made package. Because each piece is handcrafted, please place your order at least 4 months prior to your wedding date to allow enough time for creation and delivery.
 

After purchasing your package, please complete the Customization Order Form within 3 days of purchase. Through this form you will share your choices for details including floral varieties, wedding colors, and book selections. A detailed design plan will be sent to you within 2 business days of receiving your completed form.

Design Plan Approval:  Clients have 1 week from receipt of design plan to approve or request changes. If no response is received within this timeframe, the order will move forward as proposed to stay on schedule.

By purchasing this listing, you acknowledge and agree to the following Anthology on Main Wedding Policies, including non-refundable retainer terms, cancellation rules, and client communication requirements.

Custom Wedding Package Policy

• All wedding items are custom, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
• A non-refundable retainer of $250 of the order total is included in the purchase price.
• Cancellation / Refund Window:  Clients may cancel within 1 week of purchase and before submitting the customization form for a refund, minus the $250 non-refundable retainer and a 3% credit card processing fee. After 1 week, or once the customization form has been submitted, all payments are fully non-refundable, as your order reserves time, materials, and availability that may have otherwise been offered to other clients.
• Customization Details:  All customization details, including flower and foliage preferences, color palette, and book selections, must be submitted via the customization form within 1 week of purchase to ensure the design plan can be completed on schedule and prevent delays in production. Failure to submit the required details within this timeframe will be treated as a missed deadline. After 1 week, all payments are non-refundable, as your order reserves our time and production capacity; even if production has not begun, other clients may have been declined during this period.
• Design Plan Approval:  A proposed design plan will be provided within 2 business days of receiving the completed form. Clients have 1 week from receipt of design plan to approve or request changes. If no response is received within 1 week of sending the design plan, it will move forward as written. Failure to approve or provide feedback does not entitle the client to any refund, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
• Non-Communication / Missed Deadlines:  Prompt communication and submission of required information is essential to ensure your order is completed on schedule. If deadlines are missed or no response is received, the order may proceed based on the information provided. If not enough information is available, order may be terminated, with all payments forfeited. Anthology On Main is not responsible for any consequences resulting from missed deadlines or lack of communication by client, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
